Lights! Sirens! Safety!
From fire fighters to police officers, meet the emergency crews who help keep us safe on Saturday, May 19. Held in the San Bernardino County Museum’s parking lot from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., this event is free to the public.
Ladder trucks, ambulances, motorcycles, prowl cars, and more will be ready for visitors to explore, and safety professionals from guide dog trainers to firefighters will explain their specialized jobs and answer questions.
Participating organizations (unless called away on an emergency) will include:

• Rialto Police Department
• San Bernardino City Police Department
• San Bernardino County Fire Department
• San Bernardino County Sheriff Department
• San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Search and Rescue
• American Medical Response
• U.S. Forest Service
• San Manuel Fire Department
The San Bernardino County Museum is at the California Street exit from Interstate 10 in Redlands. Regular admission of $6 (adult), $5 (student or senior), and $4 (child aged 5 to 12) will be half-price on Saturday, May 19. Children under five and Museum Association members are always admitted free. Parking is free. The museum is open Tuesdays through Sundays and holiday Mondays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit www.sbcountymuseum.org.
