Hanging with the Staff
Works of art created by San Bernardino County Museum staff members will be featured in “Hanging with the Staff,” opening March 17 in the museum’s Schuiling Gallery. The exhibit runs through June 4 and is free with museum admission.
Museum staff employed media including photography, computer art, painting, pen and ink, flint knapping, needlework, sculpture, illustrated prose, and mixed media. Staff members participating in “Hanging with the Staff” include Blue Anderson (Museum Store), Jim Bowden, Pamela Budinger, Stephanie Fluitt, Craig Manker, and Eric Scott (Geological Sciences), Karen Carter and Todd Hoggan (Biological Science), Mark Crosby and Sam Williams (Security), Robin Laska (Anthropology), Chad Lynde, Jolene Redvale, and JoAnn Watson (Education), Michele Nielsen and Michelle Sifuentes (History), Kamelyta Plimley and Jennifer Reynolds (Marketing), and Craig Putnam and Holly Segni (Exhibits).
The San Bernardino County Museum is at the California Street exit from Interstate 10 in Redlands. The museum is open Tuesdays through Sundays and holiday Mondays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $6 (adult), $5 (student or senior), and $4 (child aged 5 to 12).
