View the Moon at the Asistencia
The San Bernardino Valley Amateur Astronomers and educators from
the San Bernardino County Museum will set up telescopes at the
Asistencia in Redlands to view the lunar surface at 8:00 p.m.
on Saturday, July 24. The event is free.
Astronomers will be on hand to help the public use high-powered
telescopes and to explain the features visible on the surface
of the moon. Viewing will continue until about 10 p.m.
The Asistencia, a branch of the San Bernardino County Museum,
