2009-10 County Final Budget The County's final budget for 2009-10 was adopted on June 23, 2009. Although faced with several difficult budget issues this fiscal year due to the current economic climate, the County of San Bernardino's 2009-10 final budget is balanced and presented here. The budget serves as a fiscally sound spending plan and provides appropriation authority for County departments for the period from July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010.
